At DoktorManjari.com, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized homeopathic consultation services from experienced practitioners. We value your trust and aim to maintain complete transparency regarding our cancellation and refund practices.

1. Consultation Booking Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by the User

  • You may cancel your scheduled consultation up to 12 hours before the appointment time.
  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or a free rescheduling, as per your preference.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund. However, you may request one rescheduling, subject to doctor availability.

1.2 Missed Appointments / No-Show

If you fail to attend the consultation without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • You can request a reschedule once per booking, at least 6 hours before the appointment time.
  • Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the consultant.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Conditions Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be provided under the following situations:

  • Successful cancellation made within the allowed time window.
  • Technical issues preventing the consultation from taking place (system errors, connectivity issues on our end).
  • Consultant unavailability or cancellation from our side.

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed for:

  • Consultations already completed.
  • Missed appointments without prior communication.
  • Dissatisfaction with the treatment outcome, as homeopathic responses may vary across individuals.
  • Cases where incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the patient, affecting consultation quality.

3.3 Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

4. Cancellation by DoktorManjari.com

In rare cases, if a consultant becomes unavailable or a technical/operational constraint prevents the scheduled consultation:

  • You will receive an automatic full refund, or
  • You may opt for free rescheduling with the same or another available consultant.
